FOOD ON BOARD
NAYLAMP (GOURMET FOOD)
For
us it is one of lifes greatest pleasures to have tasteful
healthy food. That is why on board we offer you our best
menu consisting in Peruvian ceviche, curry and coconut
shrimps, olive octopus, fettuccini with crab white sauce,
blue salad, etc. Our style is a mix of Caribbean,
Mediterranean and Peruvian cuisine, which means lots of
fresh fish, seafood, fresh local vegetables, fruits and
pastas. We cook everything on board to guarantee its
freshness and good quality.
The meals
are based on:
Fruits and
vegetables of the season
Fresh sea food such as octopus, conch, crab, lobster,
squid, snapper, grouper, shrimps.
National beers
Imported wines
National rum
Purified ice and water.
All this is
accompanied with good wines, beer, sodas, of your choice. If
you let us know in advance, we are glad to adapt our menus
to your nutritional preferences or needs.
